1. Fresh Yeast(新鮮酵母) 也叫做compressed yeast(壓縮酵母)
2. Active Dry Yeast (乾酵母)
3. Instant Dry Yeast(速發乾酵母)
用量如何換算呢?
*** 把新鮮酵母(fresh yeast)換算成乾酵母(active dry yeast):
Required Fresh yeast (quantity) X 0.5 = Required active dry yeast
例如: 需要1.5 oz 的新鮮酵母,那需要多少乾酵母呢?
1.5oz X(乘以) 0.5 = 0.75oz的乾酵母
*** 把新鮮的酵母(fresh yeast)換算成速發乾酵母(instant dry yeast):
Required Fresh yeast (quantity) X 0.35 = Required active dry yeast
例如: 需要40g 的新鮮酵母,那需要多少速發乾酵母呢?
40g X(乘以) 0.35 = 14g的乾酵母
*** 把乾酵母(active dry yeast)換算成速發乾酵母(instant dry yeast):
Required active dry yeast (quantity) X 0.7 = Required instant dry yeast
例如: 需要10g 的乾酵母,那需要多少速發乾酵母呢?
10g X 0.7 = 7g的速發乾酵母
